It's easy to keep track of learners to ensure they are engaging with the course and making good progress with Cirls. The system monitors when learners use the system and the work they submit to ensure that their progress is as expected. We are able to send automatic emails to learners to remind to keep working towards their milestones and 'concern scores' are used to trigger emails to prompt timely action from tutors and managers.
